For any question about your personal data, please write to us at the email address above.

We collect only the personal data you choose to share with us through our contact form: name, work email, phone (optional), company and the message you send us.

Additionally, our servers and technical providers may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and analytics purposes.

We process your data for two main purposes:

1. To respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to offer you our services. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

2. To improve our website and services through anonymised statistical analysis. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We retain contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for up to 24 months for commercial follow-up purposes — unless you request earlier deletion.

Technical browsing data is retained according to applicable legal periods and for security reasons.

To provide our services we rely on technology providers who may process data on our behalf as data processors:

• Storyblok GmbH (content management) • Resend (transactional email) • Vercel (web hosting)

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, international transfers are made with the appropriate GDPR safeguards in place (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent).

You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
